Renowned lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata has hailed the exploits and impact of his rapper son M.anifest in the music industry.According to the former Chief Executive of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation he enjoys the music of his boy like many other Ghanaians do.
“I’m very proud of him [M.anifest]…I don’t have a fraction of the talent he has…I enjoy his music and his lyrics and I think he is making waves,” Tsikata said on Starr 103.5FM.
M.anifest, born Kwame Ametepe Tsikata is arguably the best lyricist in the Hiplife/Hip-hop musical landscape in Ghana.
M.anifest has won many awards in Ghana and internationally; he recently made Ghana proud at this year’s International Songwriting Competition (ISC) where he won an award for song writing.
He came third in the R&B/ Hip-hop category for his song, Some Way Bi.
Mr. Tsikata also said he was very proud of what his son has achieved with his music talent.
