It has been a good year for Ghana Black Star Captain and China player Asamoah Gyan's professional football career.
Ghana's captain Asamoah Gyan aka Baby Jet will be launching his clothing line later this month.
The products for the BJ3 brand which is manufactured by Puma will hit shops initially in Ghana, the UAE and China where the Black Stars captain’s popularity is legendary.
They will then be gradually made accessible in Europe and the Americas.Products from the BJ3 – abbreviation of Baby Jet 3 – a combination of Gyan’s nickname and favourite number cuts across all age groups and status, be it casual or executive.Gyan will be joined by officials from Puma alongside the designers for the official launch of his line later this month.
According to asamoahgyan3.com, this is one of several other activities being lined up by his management and foundation during the Shanghai SIPG star’s extensive time in Ghana.Gyan’s taste and preference in fashion will be heavily reflected in the clothing line to exude his personality, a feature the former Sunderland hitman is particularly excited about.
“We are doing something creative,” Gyan told AsamoahGyan3.com about his clothing line.
“It will definitely be close to home in terms of the taste and style and all that but we are also very much accommodative of other superior ideas.
“It is something we are thinking through very well to make sure it is accepted and the people like it.”
